2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Privats. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Use of the Platform

Privats allows creators to share exclusive content with subscribers in exchange for payment. All content must comply with our Community Guidelines.

4. Fees and Commissions

Privats charges a 5% platform fee per transaction. Additional payment processing fees may apply (Stripe and PayPal). See our Fees Policy for more details.

5. Prohibited Content

Content involving copyright infringement, illegal material, exploitation, extreme violence, or anything violating local or international laws is strictly prohibited.

6. Ownership and Rights

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading, you grant Privats a limited license to display the content within the platform.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Privats reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users in case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
